November rain
November rain doesn’t ask permission. It arrives unannounced, persistent, drumming its fingers on windowpanes until you look up from whatever occupied your mind.
It’s not the dramatic summer storm, all thunder and lightning and show. It’s quiet insistence, the kind that settles into your bones and makes you want tea and soft blankets and old books.
November rain says: slow down, turn inward, rest.
And for once, I listen.
