I've added Ayurveda to the things I'm studying now, and I'm fascinated. To think we aren't teaching this in school and allowing people to learn about their body composition early on so they can know how to manage and navigate this life knowing a bit more about who they are physically.
The book "The Survival of the Friendliest." Talks about studies done based on human evolution and how we evolved through friendliness. They also see how friendliness evolved in animals and in different types of animals. It's an interesting read. Since I'm finding roadblocks starting my book club, I'll just randomly talk about the books I'm reading here. Why not.
My point in comparing these two topics, human evolution, and Ayurveda is that I feel like they go hand in hand just in different ways. My new approach to storytelling now is building characters with these two topics in mind. Telling stories that teach this information in a fun and inventive way.
This might be a new direction my blog might go because the beauty of Ayruveda is that it's an endless fountain of knowledge. There is so much to learn and practice. I'd love to see what other writers could do with this concept and what stories we could come up with that could be just a fun new way to reintroduce Eastern medicine into our world again.

I'd like to give a little background on this particular story.
The two characters in the story are very different types of people. Shermin is airy and light. Eric and slow and heavy.
Those are simple terms for an Ayruvedic concept of two different types of people made up of different compositions.
Thats all.
Read back and see if you can tell.
I'll explain more when I write another story.
As always,
Thank you for reading
